Terrible rude host!!! Canceled reservation at the last minute without reason..

We cannot honor a reservation if Exedia sends us a fraud alert immediately after the reservation was booked informing us NOT to honor the booking.. Because the alert does not explains much, our only solution is to refer the traveler back to Expedia for additional information. This did not sit well with the traveler, but our options we very limited.
