My initial impression was quite positive. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. The hotel entrance was beautiful and the view from the lobby was calming and inviting. My room was nice, the bed was comfortable and if I were a drinker the fully stocked in-room bar would have been phenomenal. There were a number of fun activities from bingo to line dancing. The pools were well appointed with chairs and umbrellas and I never had to search for a place to sit or lounge. The hospitality staff (not sure if that's what they call them) were extremely fun and friendly.
My one complaint is that the food was simply not good. I tried all but one of the restaurants and was disappointed at each of them. My main complaint is that there are very few healthy options at any of the meals. If you are a vegetarian or vegan you will not have many options if any (no vegan options). Pork and Beef were the predominant meats served. No turkey bacon, no chicken sausage. There was one day when they had a grilled fish option that was quite good but that was one day out of the 6 days I was there. They can do much better when it comes to the food.

Clean, nice, decent food. Feels like it wants to be nicer than it is. Mini bar only refilled upon pestering. Can't change the temperature in the roon, even though you should be able to do it. Try playing pool if the cue balls are missing, etc...

The electricity kept going on and off. It was very disruptive as I had zoom meetings. Also, all the restaurants were not open so we did not get the full experience.

The property could have been more well kept,but not bad for my first Time the dislike is that they they were no ATM on the property the guys have the entertainment lock I have to say big up to all the entertainment crew keep up the good work.

The entertainment crew for the resort were absolutely amazing! The engagement with patrons, kept us laughing!!! Keep up the good work staff
