The staff was very professional and attentive. The resort was like paradise. My family and I have vacationed at this resort about four time already and we have always had a good experience.

The snorkeling from the beach was amazing! Unfortunately, they only had eight snorkel and masks for 500 people so getting a mask is often difficult. The constant loud music was very annoying. I was looking for a little quiet beach time and found it difficult to find a quiet area. It was like I was on spring break! Some of the staff were incredible and very friendly and others couldn’t give a shi⁉️. I will not be going back to this resort in Jamaica.

Food was awful, service was awful. I can't think of one good reason why anyone would want to stay in this hotel

Staying at ochos Rios was a great experience for my family. The food was amazing and not boring. The pools were gorgeous. The place is family oriented. I’ll definitely do it again…
