Enjoyed the staff, entertainment, & food. Buildings & pools could use a little upkeep. Florider was not operational which my children were looking forward to.

The food and drinks were good. Customer service needs to be improved. Wouldn’t recommend going during a holiday, not enough staff to accommodate a large number. You can only reserve one restaurant on one day.

Issues with reservation. Terrible customer service. Incompetent staff. Room had a leak and water was everywhere. No one seemed to care to assist. No compensation offered.

The food was good as well as the location was ideal for shopping and recreation. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The space is clean & well kept.
