Room was clean. Housekeeper did a good job. Furniture was very dated and not in good repair. Breakfast choices were very limited.

Pineapple court hotel is a small, but cozy hotel. We arrived after check in time and found a guard to give us a key to our room. The room was very tidy, smelled nice and the bed was so comfortable. It’s really close to shopping centers. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall, for a small business the stay was very nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to really experience the Jamaican culture. I’m glad we booked this hotel :)

Dated appliances and date shower focets

They did not even have drinking water

I’m so sorry we failed to not leave water in your room. Each room is supposed to get two bottles on arrival. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we may address. Your 1 out of 5 rating is disappointing. I am sorry for whatever made your stay so bad

The options for breakfast was limited with the same meals served daily. Which was the main complaint and some of the landscape could have been better maintained.

Rooms was clean and fresh. The Garden view was ok and pool was clean. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge ,microwave and kettle were working.
Tv channels were extremely limited, bathroom was small, although clean. NO HOT WATER.
