je me suis sentie en vacances, mas comme si j'étais chez moi.

Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted.

Hello Wendy! We thank you for your feedback however, with same day booking, it gave us limited time to get everything in place. We called housekeeping to go and check to ensure you had ample towels and linens. Our style of choice is traditional and may not be your preference but we have other guests that greatly appreciate the traditional and classic look. We are always a message or a phone call away, if one is unable to understand the functionality of appliances. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

We liked that it was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! Loved the rooftop terrace! The only thing that would have made it better is a table and chairs! There were 3 of us and only 2 lounge chairs! We had to carry a dining room chair up the spiral staircase! We turned a trash can over to use as a table! The host was very helpful.

I like the beach and easy access. Nice view and outside patio.
Didn't like the fact wifi is only in the room no phone to contact the person from the room.The shower was tight and needs repair. My overall stay was good comfortable with the family. I would stay again.

Pour : Not much. There were also numerous cats roaming around. The cats belong to residents at the hotel. My daughter is allergic to cats
The hotel itself is great. However, the unit that was part of the package was privately owned. The condo is on the third floor in a complex that does not have elevators. Imagine dragging your luggage to the door. Inside, the condo has 2 floors, with a spiral staircase to the upper level; another difficulty. We were travelling with a 2moth old child and brought a stroller with us in addition to luggage with stuff for family members who reside on the island. The housekeeper, who is privately employed by the owner, was not there to meet us and did not show up at any point during our 7-day stay. After 2 days without any cleaning service the hotel assisted me in contacting the owner, who informed me that it was $25 per day for the housekeeper. I stated that the only amount I has seen on the website was $10 for the rooms cleaned by the hotel staff. The owner stated that she would accept that amount but no one came to clean. I also attempted to get a different room but the request was rejected by the owner. The unit itself is in need of maintenance. The furniture was lumpy, the toilet is too close to the tubs and the showers to small with the enclosures. There was also a water bug (roach) in the room.

We thank you for your stay with us at our private Two Bedroom Condo Apt A31 at the Sandcastle Resorts, Your Home Away from Home. We do apologize for the few cats that are around the compound and nearby areas. We believe that animals such as cats are wonderful creatures and bring a charm to the resort. It has been noted that we are located on the second floor of the resort (ground, first and second floor) and the method of reaching the top floor is via staircase. Again, we do apologize for the inconvience caused.
Our numbers are on the expedia's contact page as well as email addresses. The keys for the upstairs patio are normally at the front desk and here you would be given the code for the Apartment (we have an coded keypad upon entry).
Indeed, as per our conversation and on the expedia website we offer limited housekeeping at a cost of USD20 per cleaning. We did agree at USD10 for the housekeeping, however you refused and wanted a refund. Please note, the reason for limited housekeeping we have had guests that rather not have their place cleaned until after check out. With this said, our housekeeper did indeed give you her number if you had required her services.
Also, we only have one Two Bedroom Penthouse as advertised therefore your request to be moved to another room could not be fulfilled.
Furthermore, the Condo had recently been renovated and as such there was no need for additional maintanance. Note, the square footage is on the website.
We take pride in having a good standard of cleanliness and pest control. We are of health standard compliance.
Again, we do appreciate your stay and your feedback. Pleasing our guests is always a pleasure.

Apartment was quite dusty throughout even on top of shower fixture. Couches are getting worn. Mattress not tbat comfy. Air conditioning and fans work well. Overall comfortable. Partially renovated bathrooms.

Good place to live locally
