Belle expérience au Sandals Plantation !

Les plus : Excellente expérience client (service personnalisé par le Butler, employés souriants et serviables, Politique 'aucun pourboire du Sandal'), Beauté et calme du resort, possibilité d'accéder au Sandals Ochi situé juste à côté (très bien pour la diversité de restaurants et entertainment), Chambre très spacieuse (sauf pour le bain-douche qui date et serait dû pour être changé) Les moins: Il faut ajouter le pourboire du butler au coût payé qui tourne autour de 15-20$ US/jour/butler, manque un peu d'Entertainment de qualité au resort et pas assez de navettes prévues pour aller au Sandal Ochi, coût des excursions élevés vs coût réel d'y aller par soi-même.

The Royal Plantation is a heavenly getaway. Seated on the beautiful coastline of Jamaica, this gem is a prime, relaxing location. The staff, particularly the butler service, exceeding our expectations and set the bar for hospitality. My wife and I cannot wait to return on our next trip.

It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It wasn’t the fanciest sandals I ever went to, but it was nice. It was much further from the airport than I thought it was.

全員スタッフがとても優しい。レストランも色々な料理を提供していて毎日飽きない。海でリラックスも最高。またスキューバダイビングもライセンスがあると無料には驚いた。本当に満喫した旅でした。また行きたいと思えるホテルでした。ありがとうございました。最高!

Beautiful property with a fantastic staff. This was our first Sandals experience and it was everything we had hoped. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it very special. It’s a smaller property that’s more intimate and definitely quieter than the big resorts. There were a couple days there were only three other couples at the beach. The butler service took a couple days to get used to, but once we did it was great. Andre and Javon were excellent! The entertainment staff, bartenders cleaning staff and everyone else were exceptional. Can’t wait to do it again!

Thanking my butlers Marvin and Bebetto who were so attentive with me throughout my stay. Thanks Kaylan for being a incredible mua and having a successful photoshoot with the photographer Reynaldo. We had a fantastic time! Chase and Neil were incredible. The resort is quiet and the French restaurant out of this world. Make sure to make your reservation at least a day before. If you want a soufflé for dessert you need to make sure to let your butler know 24 hours a head of time. Trust me the vanilla or chocolate soufflé is worth it. And the chef brings it out to the table. Definitely will be back.
