Very good stay. Best part forgot had to check in by 6pm and the receptionist called to make sure I was coming. Great reminder.

Do NOT stay here. This is the most horrible experience I ever have in my life. There are lots of hidden fees. I was overcharged 250. The person at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. The room is cold, dirty, and smelly. I can hear clearly from the room next to me. Expedia is on the hotel side and not customer side. Do NOT stay here!!!

Hi Minghui.Thanks for the review. So you came 2am in the night, telling us that you didn’t know the check in time was from 4pm to 6pm, even so that this is written on the page under “policy”. We also tried calling you many times, but the phone number you attached to the booking wasn’t working. We also sent you several messages that you never checked. In these messages we also told you that you booked a room without linen, and that the could be rented for 70,-dkk or you could bring your own. This is also mentioned under the “policy” on the website. Even the fact that we couldn’t get in contact with you, we helped you enter 2am, and we putted linen in the room just to make sure that you had this. In the room there was a note telling you that you had to remember to use linen. In the morning you told us you didn’t use linen on the bed, because you didn’t know. (For some reason you must have thought it was just for fun we had put in up in the room). So this cost you a fee of 250,- for the extra cleaning ant washing the pillow and blankets. Of course Expedia is on our side, since we have done everything we could to inform and contact you, but you choose to ignore both the policy, rules and the informations given. Last to mention, no one was rude in the reception, we just didn’t give in to the fact that you didn’t follow the rules. We even made contact to Expedia for you, so you could get it all cleared. The room wasn’t dirty, the wasn’t smelly, and it he room next to you was empty. This is just you trying to punish us because you couldn’t follow the informations given to you.
