The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard.
Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless.
Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us.

I liked the location.
I booked into No. 10 ... but was given an apartment in No 1. This happened in a few steps and I ended with no alternatives.
I booked a luxury apartment.
What I got was:
filthy
no curtains on the windows
furniture dirty, damaged and low quality
no chest of drawers in one bedroom (there was, quite literally, just a bed).
The kitchen was unsanitary ... I mean sticky handles and mould inside the drawers unsanitary
The gas oven had no connection to the electrics (I could see the exposed wires). There was a box of matches ... I chose not to risk it.
The bathroom was the least-bad room - but still filthy.
Obviously, I complained. Then went as far as sending a cleaner.
For the rest, no alternative was offered and no apology either.
Anyone even thinking about this firm should be very careful and remember the photos you are sent will bear no relation to the accommodation you are provided on arrival.
