C’est un bon établissement, à l’exception des détails suivants: - pas de bouteille d’eau dans les deux chambres que j’ai occupées; - pas de sèche-cheveux dans l’une des deux; - le petit déjeuner gagnerait aurait gagné à être un peu plus consistant.

Mise à part le manque de rideaux occultants ou de stores, il n'y a rien à dire sur cet hôtel. Personnel serviable, bien situé.

A cost effective choice with a fine standard

Friendly service. When judged in relation to the price level versus the overall experience, then it was a perfect calibration. Probably even to the favor of the hotel, i.e. you get value for the money. The location is a bit off the inner centre but you can walk to the Opera in about 15 minutes so it is still a central location. The room was very warm, this was a cold December, I had to turn off the heater. So for people who are afraid of freezing, this hotel is perfect on that account.

Hotel location is very good. The staff members are very friendly. I had booked two rooms. cleaning is very good. my friend had problems in his room but they helped right away. Changed the room and offered champagne. They made a very nice gesture. I would like to come and stay again. just needs to fix the breakfast was not very good.

Clean, quiet and convenient place. Very helpful staff, they doing whatever they can for guests. Thanks for the nice stay!
