Hotel is very convenient situated near opera house. Very clean and stuff is friendly. Buffet was excellent. Beautiful inside and outside.

I've been staying at the Mozart Hotel twice a year for 5 years now. Always excellent, and centrally located. Limited parking, but most guests arrive by taxi. The authorities have started closing off the nearby streets to traffic on the weekends and holidays, so you may have to walk 2-3 blocks to or from the hotel to meet your taxi.

I have stayed at this property several times as it is close to all we wish to do. But this time the cleanliness was not nearly as good as it should have been

The hotel has the best location in the city, in the center of all tourist attractions, and the price is great. The best experiece was the staff, cuisine, and service at the restaurant. The menu and quality of food are of a European caliber, and the service was fantastic. The room was ok but outdated and i requested a change, but the staff was not very accommodating. I had to go to our other room on another floor just to take a shower. The staff at the lobby is not very friendly and the security guards do not make you feel comfortable. Parking is not great, in fact, when requested to park our friend's car, the request was denied when the space was available, yet on another day, watched the same space to be used for someone else's vehicle, which we were told was not a parking space the day before. The checkout process was not the best and i was never asked how my stay was or was thanked for staying at the hotel, wished safe travels, etc. I was only asked for my room key and that was my checkout process. This was my 1st experience at Mozart but my family stayed here for 2 weeks 2 years ago and suggested to try it out (i stay at another hotel near by that has a very friendly atmosphere) I am giving it a neutral rating because i felt that i was in 2 worlds, high quality and caliber of service at a restaurant and back in the USSR with an unfriendly and unwelcoming faces elsewhere. Will i stay here again? A big Maybe. I would definitely come to Mozart for the restaurant.

Overall the property was very clean and well kept! The big issue with this hotel is the fact that there was a wedding every evening for the 5 days we stayed and all facilities were closed off! We were not allowed to use the pools since they were closed off for weddings! This resort had 3 wedding in one day! In the evening we were strolling with our child outside and the manager told us we had to leave the area! Very unprofessional I paid for the resort and I wasn’t allowed to use any of the area to enjoy basic sunset. I wouldn’t recommend this resort since it just involves mostly weddings. Another disappointment is that the music is extremely loud and there were fireworks for each night which were very disturbing. I will not be staying here especially after the manager approaching us and treated us like trash when you pay so much and expect better quality. Also, there is extremly a lot of drunk people here starting from morning to evening! Overall unhappy and disappointed with how they treated us during the stay!!! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
