Terrible ☹️❌ property underground.
The rooms do not have windows and the ventilation system is really bad so there is very little oxygen making breathing difficult.
In this property you do not know if is day or night because there is no way to know it just going upstairs outside.
The rooms and bathrooms are moldy🦠and smell bad.
The management ☹️ is lousy and lying. They never talk about this problems on Expedia.
We (Me and my Wife and Son one year old) made the big mistake of reserving a room at this property for 18 days and had to be vacated within 7 days due to poor air conditions.
We made a complaint to Expedia about this issue and they and the management of this property never refund our money back (they simply played each other) even knowing Expedia this property is not eligible for living.

Good location, new renovation and clean

I arrived early and had difficulty contacting the hotel even to be able to store my luggage until check in. Receptionists either spoke english but not very friendly or helpful or friendly and helpful but didn't speak English. Bathroom light and cook top did not work and water didn't drain from the shower.
