I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t as bad as this time. Building looks rough on the outside and pool area was close and a mess but at least the rooms were decent and clean last time. This time was something else entirely and not what I had hoped for. At check in I had asked for a clean towel and was told that my room had been serviced and there were clean towels for my use.
The room was FILTHY! Stains on one of the beds under the blanket. Other bed didn’t have stains but had fur on it. Mystery gunk and smear in the tub. Toilet seat had dried up stuff on it and was chewed up on one side. Towels were stiff and smelled like it sat in used oil and was attempted to be washed only once. I have always liked La Quinta, but my stay at this location was horrible, uncomfortable ,inconvenient and frustrating. I had to leave early needing to use the toilet. I did not use the restroom there or take a shower. It was that bad for me. I left and check in to another hotel.
