The bathroom ceiling was leaking and has giant water spots all over the shower, the shower head was broken. The beds were so hard. They had no towels or wash clothes to give. I had one towel for three people, we had to buy towels and all our shower stuff. The rooms were not cleaned I found trash and hair all over the bathroom.

The room had a bad smell. The air conditioner didn't work. The fridge didn't work. We had only a couple of channels on the tv

Hotel sucio y decaído

Me pareció muy sucio. Decayó mucho el hotel. Las Mucamas no tienen aspiradora, tienen que barrer las alfombras, las cuales están sucias y llenas de espinas , los colchones, cubre colchones, almohadas y sábanas sucias. No tiene agua embotellada para el café, Las toallas son viejas y percudidas. Cortina de baño sucia. Ya no es un hotel limpio como era hace 5 años. En aquel tiempo siempre estaba impecable, alfombras , toallas de primera clase, sábanas, colchas limpias y en general se sentía ambiente confortable… ha decaído mucho. No regreso y no lo recomendaría de nuevo

Everything was great. Rooms were clean, staff were nice. But the pool was not open
