Rooms were nice, feel like this property is a little overpriced based on the size of the rooms though.

Disappointed!!
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWill not stay there again. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper. No kleenex tissues in the box. Left it where the maid could see it was empty. Did not get any. Not worth it for the high price we paid!!!

Have a full service hotel close to home is so nice and so fun, we felt like we drove hours away, it’s one of our favorite ways to spend summer weekends!

This hotel is beautifully designed and possibly the best one in Odessa and Midland area. This may be the fanciest hotel in the area. The lobby, bar, pool, gym are definitely enjoyable. With that being said, the hotel rooms and amenities definitely shows some minor wear and tear due to high usage. Complimentary parking facility was nice to have. Housekeeping was lacking quite a bit. Room was semi cleaned with visible debris when we first arrived. Beds were sloppily made everyday (could be a training issue). Most staff were delightful with exception of our one encounter with a
Couple of morning staffs in the lobby with very unfriendly stare. Overall we’d give our stay here a 4 star rating.

Great stay!
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was very clean and well kept. The room was somewhat small with two queen beds. The bathroom so there was not much space to move around. The M Club was awesome! Fabulous breakfast and accommodating staff. On the downside, we asked for towels and more toilet paper and staff never broke.
