Nice, very clean hotel overlooking water. Walking distance to everything i.e. Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and restaurants. The room was very pretty and the bathroom was immaculate. We were on the 3rd floor which were very steep stairs ( 2 flights that curved). This was manageable for us but if you have any physical limitations I would ask which floor you will be on. It may be difficult for some to carry luggage up the 2 flights. The hotel did not offer free coffee due to the pandemic. It was very difficult to find coffee places open while we were there. Maybe the hotel could have it on an outside table on the covered porch.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay at our property! So happy that you enjoyed the room and property.
All of our units have either a single cup or 4 cup coffee pot with complimentary coffee provided (and complimentary tea upon request). These are wrapped for sanity purposes and left on a tray on the dresser with the cups, stirrers, napkins etc inside. I do apologize that this was either missing from your room or went unnoticed. If you are able to stay with us again and feel that anything is missing please dont hesitate to visit the office and ask!

I loved our room, was very quaint.. I especially loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the ocean.

Location! Grounds are beautiful, with amazing gardens attracting hummingbirds. We often occupied two adirondacks in photo!

Clean very quiet and sitting by the ocean was so relaxing. You can walk to all the great restaurants and shops in downtown ogunquit. Would definitely stay here again
