Newly built 2 bedroom 2 bath in downtown Ogunquit! 3/10 mile walk to main beach

Newly built home in the heart of Ogunquit. The moment you come through the door, the open concept and cleanliness (our #1 priority) will put you at ease to start your vacation. The kitchen makes you actually consider cooking. The large back deck has a comfortable sectional sofa, firepit, dining table and may quickly become your favorite relaxation spot. There are 2 queen bedrooms with TV's, 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a glass walk-in shower). We are located only 1/10th a mile to the center of town and 3/10 of a mile to Ogunquit main beach. We are in the BEST LOCATION!! Don't pack the beach cart, beach towels and chairs. We have all that waiting for you. This house is a guest house located in the rear of the property to the primary home. The property was designed to maintain optimal privacy for each home. See why Ogunquit has been named one of the best beach towns in America. We look forward to welcoming you!

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Ogunquit
Just minutes from the action, this beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom hideaway was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the company of good friends. Loved the outdoor deck! The cottage was the perfect stay for us for quick 3 day break after moving our child into college in Boston. The cottage was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. We loved the patio at night! It was a great distance from town and the marginal way. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OGT. We loved our accommodations. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully designed and appointed. It was a short walk down to the town and to one of the most magnificent beaches in the country! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The weather was gorgeous too! Loved it!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! House felt brand new with an amazing attention to detail. Modern, clean, private, and stylish. Parking was open & easy, getting into the unit was a breeze, and we loved the privacy. This place seemed like it was taken right out of a "modern country living" magazine. As advertised, the walk to downtown was a breeze; very short walk and *entirely* on a nice sidewalk. We loved not having to drive. The host was a great communicator, easy going, and supportive. We really appreciated the effort put into making the house a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and everything was clean and organized. We would recommend this place to any adults looking for a nice predictable place to stay in Ogunquit.

Beautiful location. Great host! Bedrooms are quite small. Be sure to bring your own toiletries as there is no shower/bath soap. Also. Only one bathroom is downstairs where the bedrooms are, which was tricky with two couples. Outside patio with couch, fire ring and table was a great way to spend the evening.

A beautiful retreat
From the perfect location, beautiful, impeccably clean property, and warm hospitality, we could not have wished for a more pleasant stay in Ogunquit. Kristen was extremely helpful in accommodating special requests, like securing and setting up a foldable crib for our toddler. The amenities on site were meticulously thought out, like having a small hose at the door to clean off sandy shoes, or the fully stocked kitchen. We felt welcome and at home right off the bat, and we left with so many wonderful memories. We will be back, without a doubt. What a gem of a place!

This fabulous property in the heart of Oqunquit is the perfect getaway. A quick walk down the street puts you in the heart of everything! Park your car at the cottage and all of the restaurants, shopping, beach and the breathtaking Marginal Way are all within a short walking distance.
