House could be improved by having topper pads on top of queen size beds as they are rather hard and better/more lighting in the dining and lounge areas.

The house is very spacious, and since we spent a lot of time inside, the children also had plenty to keep them entertained. Excellent communication with the owner of the house, who was willing to accommodate us when we were planning to stay an extra day.

Beautiful place

Space and location
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayBig place, perfect for groups, ideally located. We were four adults and four kids - the house is massive and easily accommodates indoor activities but equally has a great deck and total views despite being walking distance from town.

Quiet, Cozy and Warm
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA beautiful spot to stay in Ohakune, close by to town and Ruapehu. Nice quiet street, house has plenty of space and is nicely equipped for family with kids, and an amazing host too. Would definately stay again. Thanks Lena!

Family snow adventure
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was so functional for our family of 3 adults and 7 children of various ages. There were spaces for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was a dream with everything available to cater for a big group. The deck had a great view of the mountain and the bird calls in the morning beautiful.

Warm spacious accommodation with stunning views
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived we were gobsmacked by the size of the living/dining/kitchen area. It's huge! And all these rooms have spectacular views of Ruapehu. And the place stays incredibly warm. In fact, we had to draw the curtains to keep the sun out as it was too warm -- in the middle of July! Having four bedrooms and two bathrooms meant our party of six had ample space. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine -- apart from a teapot.
