Always stays at this motel as it is reasonable price, easy walk to the beach. Clean and tidy.

Unit was clean and tidy. Motel was positioned very close to the ocean allowing good exercise options of walking/running/swimming. On a clear day White Island was clearly visible with it's steaming volcano.
Dining options were limited in the close proximity of the motel with a 10km trip back to Whakatane for quality meals.

We were very pleased to find accommodation that allowed our small dog. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Good facilities and excellent shower pressure. Most of all the motel is in a quiet area only a short easy walk to the beautiful beach.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Definitely needed the extra heater for the chilly winter time.
Had trouble with tv but we're shown how. Just the old brain couldn't figure out the techy stuff.
