Nice small apartment. It’s clean You have to contact the owner to meet you at a check point to take you to the property. Several things to consider: 1- the address is not the same as the one mentioned on Expedia, it’s up the hill and so exhausting to walk it up if you are coming from the beach or the center of the city. I appreciate though the upgrade to lake view which was beautiful view 2- you have to pay for cleaning fees and some taxes on the spot 3- A/C is not for free which is weird, I didn’t realize this except later at night after I checked in and he left the property and in my email confirmation it was never mentioned. When I texted he ignored my message though he saw it on what’s app and next day he sent me a link that it’s mentioned. I think he just added it to the listing after I asked. 4- the listing mentions a kettle and there is not 5- the listing mentions a flat screen TV with cable and TV present is an old box TV and it doesn’t broadcast any channels I read similar review here in Expedia with some complaints and the reply from the property is that this person didn’t stay in the property, which is weird because Expedia doesn’t allow reviews except from guests who reserved and paid. Bottom line don’t trust everything mentioned on the listing and make sure to read all the detail hidden fees. It’s good place if you want a nice view of the lake and close to main attractions but be aware of the above stuff and that the ADDRESS is not correct

Thanks to the guest for response.This single guest traveler no matter he stayed just one night he got from our staff enough time,attention and patience than needed to be explained everything about accommodation,sightseeing etc...He got response about every request and was informed in advance about the location where he will be accommodated for his one night stay specifically in old town near the attractions as he requested, because he stayed just one night he wanted to be near and have time to see everything. He got upgraded room for free with lake view.Regarding the fees, they are the same since we started working with the property and are very clearly written in all reservations.If guest don't read the reservation details is not a property fault.Sometimes no matter how much time,attention and effort you give to a guest he will find something to complain about but that is part of our tourism and hospitality work.Regards Mell Team

The place isn't that easy to find, but the host supplied sufficient information and waited at the indicated location. Just 2 minutes from the old town centre.

Bad experience

Since I booked a room, I called the phone no. which showed at the booking confirmation. The man said he was busy and need 1/2 hour come to open the door, But finally I waited for him 1 1/2 Hours under heavy rain. When I reach room, that was a terror room, That is not a bed room, actually that's a store room.A lot of used tables and chairs. inside the room. The room was prepaid and cannot cancel, so I requested a better room, He said that they a nice room but need to up charge, almost double price. That was too late to find others, that is no way only accepted. The new room, was much better but no services, even no drinking water and only one small towel. Also didn't give me the remove control of air-condition. That was a ready bad feeling

This guest didn't stay at our property as he says. Property offers the rooms on the website as described on the photos and only those rooms.We are sorry for the guest experience but he did not stay at our property so he could review our property.Unfortunately system allows to write reviews even if the guest didn't come or stay at the property and gives misleading impression for our future guests.We are always making sure our guests to feel comfortable and get what they have booked !
