Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, disponibles et accueillants ; les chambres plutôt bien équipées. En revanche, la propreté était un peu limite. Très bonne situation par rapport au lac et au restaurant Evropa.

On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing). Just as we were writing a message online to enquire about the check-in, someone finally answered the door. They charged us double the amount they were supposed to and closed the door in our faces, then pretended it was a calculation error when challenged. After that experience and seeing the dirty, shabby room, we decided to book somewhere else. The property then used the card details they had on file (to secure my booking) to make fraudulent online purchases against my card. Since they are the only company in Macedonia that had access to this card, it's obvious where the purchases originated. Avoid this place!
