VRBO could not send me updates for checkin
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayVRBO customer service is awful, could not help me out when I mistyped my email when booking therefore I never received the booking confirmation nor received checkin process. They could not come up with another way to validate who I was. Thankfully I was finally able to connect with the host. Will think twice before booking again with vrbo. As for the property, it had termites running around everywhere inside. On a positive not, the place was quaint, fairly clean and conveniently located.

The place needs some work
Publié le 9 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWith the state of the flooring in the kitchen leading into the bedrooms and bathroom, I don't think I would offer this house as a rental, especially at the price we paid for the 3 nights. There was obviously a large water leak and the flooring is bowed so bad, you have to wear shoes to walk across it comfortably. The marble slab threshold into the bathroom is a toe banger, sticking up at least an inch above the finished floor, another reason to wear shoes. The outdoors area could use some sprucing up and the deck area should have at least been hosed off to remove the old leaves and yuck that have accumulated. Perhaps a note or two about the outside lighting setup, it took a little while to determine how to turn on all the lights outside and on the deck, but we got it figured out eventually. We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin immensely, but unfortunately the issues will stand out in our memories. This cabin has the ability to be a first-class rental and I know it will be with the proper repairs.

Publié le 21 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayStay clear of this listing. The entire place needs a complete face lift!!!! Everything is old, and run down. The kitchen floor is rotting out under the wood flooring. You can tell the owner put zero dollars back into their property! Bare bones on everything. I’ll never stay here again.
