All was good. Brief visit to MSU for my daughter and this place fit the bill.

In the middle of nowhere, so you had to drive 10 minutes to get to places And there was 2 creepy cleaning men that were making comments when we got there. Saying, did you see them Talking about me and my daughter. Got to the room there was cheese still in the counter that was moldy.Then found a pill underneath the Ornaments Was supposed to sleep 7, but don't know how that was even possible. We got a studio room We had no body wash, no kleenexes.Restocked. But the ladies at the serviced, us were nice. Our beds were comfortable. They just need to do a better job cleaning

Th staff is great. They were undergoing renovations and so the property was not as advertised, but that is understandable and I’m sure it will be great once completed.

The room was totally fine. However, I called three time to confirm the hot tub was working. Even at checkin I was told it was working. It was not and was taped off. The desk person was very sweet and discounted our two rooms. However, hotels.com will not honor that and we have already paid full price. Unless they make this right, I will never use hotels.com again.

The property is currently under construction, things are a bit out of sort. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy - made sleep difficult.
