The washing machine and dryer in the room was really awesome and helpful as well as the contactless check in and check out system.
I found the room a bit dusty especially behind the wood panels with lights on the wall though.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable.
There are washing machine and dryer in a room which most of the hotel don’t or you have to do in public space. It was very convenient to stay as very close the Main Street. Definitely recommend to stay here if you’re thinking to go Okinawa !

The best thing I like about this hotel is its location. It's unbeatable within 2 minutes walk from the Makishi monorail station and just along the touristy Kokusai Dori. It made easy to walk to anywhere without a car to reach food, souvenirs etc.
Room itself is comfortable. It comes with a washing machine and dryer. You may get free detergent at the reception counter too.
Service wise, nothing much provided apart from checking in and luggage storage upon checking out. Hardly see the receptionist approaching to greet you.
Overall experience was great anyway. Would recommend if you need a stay nearby Kokusai area.

Thank you for staying this time.
The location is proud of our hotel, but we apologize that our inadequate service made you feel uncomfortable.
We take this opinion deeply and will improve our behavior.
We look forward to seeing you again.

Condominio fantastico
Posted Feb. 6, 2019 on HotelsLocation was fantastic. Managed to get a parking lot for my rental car too. But no worries if no lot at hotel, they will give a map showing you where are the places to park. A no frills condotel, but the room is already larger than some 5 star hotels. All in, a very good stay.

A high-tech dungeon, bring your own cutlery
Posted Sep. 24, 2018 on Expedia
Pros: Excellent location. Aircon worked well. Washer very useful (detergent sold at reception). The staff spoke a bit of English and were helpful.
Cons: Rooms on higher floors may be brighter, but we wouldn't stay here again. Too many niggly issues added up and many other hotels to choose from.
Location: Hotel is right on one end of Kokusai-dori and 5 minutes' walk to Makishi station of Yiu Rail. About 10 mins walk to Makishi public market.
Make sure you get the right map code for the hotel; the one we got directed us to Anesso's nearby office. When we finally got to the Condominio we were assigned Rm 101 on the ground floor at the back of the building, so there was no natural light in the room - with its bare, grey cement walls and compact space we felt like we were staying a dungeon. But a high-tech one with all sorts of (mostly useless) gadgetry, from light dimmers to tv intercom to musical keypad to aroma diffuser (aroma oil sold at reception). However, basic items were absent - not a teaspoon in sight, let alone a plate for putting food into the microwave. Only 2 plastic mugs. The wifi network name on a notice on the wall was missing 2 letters (we eventually realised), and then didn't show up on my husband's phone so he was given the wifi password for Rm 102. Wifi was fast once logged on. The light on the outside patio never turns off (some kind of emergency precaution) so the blackout curtains need to be drawn at night. That patio faces the side of another building, and the aircon compressor's there emitting hot air, but the space was useful for drying laundry.
