Nice property. Balcony overlooking water. No real beach Clean and convenient. 4 star service at best. Be prepared to carry your own luggage Location is great tho !

Great hotel- family friendly
Posted Jun. 19, 2024 on HotelsVery nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well.
