I left the motel to o find a new motel just a few minutes after I checked in, I checked out! TV and ROOM HEAT - BOTH DID NOT WORK AND THEY COULDN'T FIX THEM!!! I CALLED FOR A REFUND! I PAID EXTRA TO GUARANTEE THIS ROOM. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!

The hotel itself was fine, it’s older than the pictures make it look. The staff is was rude, like I was bothering them checking in and out. I don’t know if they need more pay, but they acted like they hated their job. I’ve never had a staff at a hotel act like that. I checked in at 6pm and out at 9am, so it wasn’t like I was there at odd hours. I mean you work in hospitality. They have no vending machine, but do have some stuff for sale. They were out of bottled water, but there wasn’t anyone there to buy it from if they did. I got woke up at 3 am from a baby screaming and a man screaming and slamming the door multiple times. That wasn’t the hotels fault, but still scary. For breakfast they had no meat, expect for hard boiled eggs. They had a whole pan, about 100 of them. Which just made me think, they weren’t fresh and just kept putting them out till gone. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would never recommend this place or stay there again.

So the 2 reason's I chose this hotel was for the advertised 24hr fitness center & pool. The pool was dirty, un-kept, covered, & non-functional. The gym was non existent! Literally, the door for the gym when we opened it was a big bare room, no equipment, no nothing! When I asked the front desk about both things, she said that the pool doesn't work & the gym is under maintenance. I laughed & said, "Maintenance!?? What exactly are you fixing, air?? THERES NOTHING IN THERE!!" They should not have a pool & gym on website for this hotel. We packed our swim suits & gym clothes for an absolute disappointment!
