Personnel très sympathique, possibilité de parler en espagnol. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas en extérieur.

Room was nice with modern Kureg coffee maker. We stayed for 3 nights and had minimum housekeeping of towels and trash only. We had to ask at the desk for additional coffee, coffee cups and tissues. Hot breakfast was good but we left almost an hour later than anticipated the last morning because the breakfast attendant was late and slow in setting up.

Room was clean and large. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was that when we arrived, we were given the wrong type of room. I booked two queens and was given a king room. Because of how we were traveling, I needed the two queen beds and when I asked the front desk, I was told it could not be changed because they had decided to give that room to somebody else. Not quite sure why they would think that was appropriate to do so after I paid for the other room. They just assumed that I could make due with a king because somebody else had kids and needed the other bed. It must’ve never dawned on them that I had two people that needed two separate beds. I was told that there was nothing they could do even though I showed them that I paid for two queens. They basically said sorry can’t help you. Weird and slightly unprofessional
