Terrible hotel!!! Dirty, homeless people on the property asking for money. I could not stay here. I went to another hotel. Never again!

Place was disgusting. AC did not not. Smelled of smoke, vomit and cat piss. Left just after checking in. I would’ve slept in my vehicle before staying there. Photos on the website are lies. Did not receive a refund and was still happy to leave. Found a cheaper room down the street that was much better and as advertised. This place should be imploded as it’s time has clearly passed

I checked in Monday, and found out that the room I was staying in had bed bugs, the hard way… I told the staff and I was promptly allowed to move to a new room. After getting to the new room, I suffered internet issues that wouldn’t even allow me to stream Netflix. Upon telling staff, I was told it would be reset. The problem persisted… After a full day of no internet, I asked to be moved to a different location so I could utilize internet that’s included in my bill… I was told I could not be moved… I asked for a corporate number or email as well as an owner operator email or number and was told they didn’t have ANY of that information… Frustrated I asked again to be moved to be told it’s not possible when earlier today(Sunday) I was told I might be moved to an upstairs room after 12, and the gentleman who told me that, was gone before I could get back… In addition, I also asked why the heater wasn’t working in my room for the staff member to tell me they never lit the boiler… I’m anemic… I get cold… So there’s that…
