When we checked in the room had not been cleaned or made up. When we asked the housekeeper just outside of the room she insisted she could not clean because it wasn’t on her assignment for that day. Management did finally move us to another room.

As the old adage says, you get what you pay for. The conditions of this property is less than standard. It’s an older hotel with many features that need to be upgraded/updated. The pictures in the photos online are definitely a bit misleading. The room had a very unpleasant odor and I had to run to Target to purchase cleaning items to feel comfortable enough to rest my head down to rest or take a shower. Front desk staff was pleasant and the morning staff at breakfast as well.

The Hotel was great comfortable room and clean . The breakfast was terrible waffels or toast but no butter. Overcooked and rewarmed tots and scrambled egg. Watered down OJ. And inedible sausage and egg burrito.

Night shift was the worst , he gave someone my room key WITHOUT asking for ID then proceeded to get upset and call the police on me and kicked me out 2 days before my stay was over . They don’t come and clean, I asked for towels they made me damn bear beg for them and there is smells on the sheets because it was probably not even washed.

The area is horrible. Seems dangerous. The hotel itself is just awful. The staff is rude. The rooms smell like weed and cigarettes. You cant get housekeeping service. We asked to have our trash taken, fresh towels left and toilet paper. Got back from an all day outing to find that they never came. Front desk couldnt give us anything we needed. Had to go buy trash bags for our room. We finally found a housekeeper and they seemed extremely annoyed that we asked for two towels. The cable didnt work in our room and they never sent anyone to fix it, had to go buy a roku to watch tv. The phone didnt work either. Avoid this place. Its a waste of money.

I was shocked and very impressed with the desk clerk. I wish I would have got her name. She was so nice, from the moment I was greeted at the desk. I have had many bad runs with desk staff that don't put their phone down to make eye contact or actually hear what your saying because in less the 2 minutes they will ask you the question you just answered. Bravo to her manager, I would have her teach your other clerks the right way to treat guests.

Very bad area, there were tons of panhandlers on the outside of this hotel. We took a look at our room while it was daytime and we had yellow stains on our sheets and we seen a cockroach in the bathroom.
