Chose this property because we wanted an indoor pool and sauna. Checked in on Thursday 12/26 and the sauna was not working and checked out on Tuesday12/30 and it was still not working. Also every time housekeeping replaced our towels, we got 1 wash cloth and had to go to the front desk to get more.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was really nice. The room was average. The only thing that was a little worrisome was the parking. When we got there, there was a car alarm going off and no one in sight and some broken glass on the floor. Thankfully, our car was okay.

Who ever was the black man that checked us in was so wonderful, always had a smile, so helpful, what Ed to make us feel welcome. I seen some people sitting at the front desk and do nothing. I can’t say enough good about this man.
