The company put a hold on the full amount of our stay twice, plus the incidental fee. Almost $1000 on hold at my bank for a $390 stay…so frustrating.

The stay was fine, except, personnel did not inform us that they were not having their hot breakfast bar the next morning. We were planning on eating breakfast and staying until check out to relax before we went to pick up our daughter at the airport. Get down there and were informed there was cold cereal and muffins. Then there was no milk for the cereal. We've stayed our last time at Country Inn and Suites airport, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! Just wish all the people working there would get their act together as far as what they are doing on a holiday morning. Managements job to inform their employees.
