Would not stay here again. It’s cheaper but not that clean and had no hot water. Our toilet was broken the entire stay

Found cany wrapper on floor next to bed. The tub floor was dirty. The iron was broken and dirty. The ironing-board had one leg detached and unusable.

The bath room was not clean . The toilet seat was soiled. There were hairs on the bathtub and towels . Mold was on the corners by the tub.

A good place to stay for a few nights

The skidproof surface on the bottom of the tub was very dirty and there was water damage and rust around the top part of the tub and the walls.

Toilet couldn't flush. Had to switch rooms 2 times because one room had a smell. The shower floor was dirty.

Staff - Great! Facilities - Meh
Posted Aug. 16, 2024 on HotelsAll staff were super sweet and helpful. Facility was a bit run down and you can tell they’re trying hard for cleanliness. A few misses tho.
1 of 2 elevators in use but I never waited super long. Room smelled weird but was pretty clean. My coffee maker had previous grounds in it and the reservoir was crusty with dried flakes of coffees gone by (perhaps mold too but can’t confirm). Water took forever to get hot but had good pressure.
The breakfast was the most disappointing. Same every day (egg puck, biscuit, flour gravy, cereal, waffle, breads, oatmeal, sometimes yogurt). Styrofoam plates. Coffee flavored water, except one day (have that person make it everyday!). Pro tip: bring the coffee pouch from the room down to steep extra coffee into your weak coffee. If you want your room cleaned or to receive fresh towels/coffee, you need to request that. I like not wasting their time with cleaning during my stay but was surprised to find no attempt. They kindly accommodated when I asked for towels and coffee pouches.
I almost feel bad reporting all the imperfections bc the staff really were so nice. But I’d want to know these things before staying there so here ya go.
