Only not so great experience was I went to the men’s public restroom on the second floor because my wife had our room bathroom occupied. All the toilets appeared to be stopped up and not flushing. Ended up going to 1st floor which was fine. Reported it but didn’t follow up.

Neat-o Hotel-ito except there's a ton of homeless people so be sure to lock up your stuff and remember that parking is only in the parking garage

Breakfast buffet needs attention if you charge
Everything was good. The only thing that wasn't as expected was the breakfast. It was $19 a person. It was similar to a continental breakfast which is free most places. They had a short order cook. The short order cook was great but they were understaffed. He was also having to bus tables and clean everything. The buffet was lacking in cleanliness because they didnt have anyone to clean it. I don't blame the staff. They were doing all they could.

Concert Stay At The Courtyard
Had a great one night stay to see a concert next door. The proximity to Paycom is excellent and the parking garage makes this the easiest stay ever.

Our confirmed reservation received by email showed 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. What we received was w rooms with a king bed and a pull out sofa. When I required why this discrepancy took place, they informed that it was was because it had been done through a 3rd party. We were not pkeased.

The property itself was great, however we came in for the weekend and to catch the Thunder game. We were places in a room with a window that was frosted so we could not see out… which would have been fine if we just spent one night and left but we were there longer than that and I thought the room choice was very poor. Also, our room did not cleaned. We ran in to grab something and then left within about 5 minutes, the maid was down the hall, so we thought she would come clean, however she did not. The convenience to Bricktown and the Paycom Center was great.
