I can canceled my reservation because the area was unsafe! Homeless people all around the area. Wanted a refund and was denied because it was after the check-in time! The pictures are miss leading in Expedia. They still give customers the wrong info and don't want to refund!

Rooms were awful. Smelled like cigarettes (even non smoking room) and mildew. Bugs everywhere. Real dirty room. Carpet sticky. Beds comfortable and AC cold but couldn’t make up for filth. Front desk staff very nice.

I reserved a non smoking room, the room smelled so bad that it was difficult to get used to it and be able to sleep. Got a headache because of the smell.

Check in put me at far end even though most rooms were empty. He was gruff and lacked any sense of customer service. Room smelled of old stale smoke and pet urine. Huge matress stains, hopefully from coffee. Stains on other furniture. Room in fair condition.
Lobby closed and no actual breakfast or coffee as advertised.
Lady at checkout was wonderful, though.

Bedspread was dirty and holey and so were the sheets. The check in clerk was rude and not helpful. If I had not paid online when I reserved the room, we would have left immediately.
