The bed was comfy. The room was cold. The breakfast was fantastic! Even with as busy as it was, everything was stocked.

Love to stay here, however our rooms did need some repairs the bathroom door had a hole, the shower had low pressure, and we weren’t able to set the ac temperature at all

The only issue I saw in my hotel room was the bathroom. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. Other than that it was okay.

Great stay
Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HotelsThe beds were smaller than I anticipated but overall it was nice. Staff was accommodating to my needs and always was wonderful to work with. There was some spots inside the room that wasn’t too clean but overall clean and good.

Super close to the airport and also downtown okc. Several restaurants nearby, nice breakfast buffet and overall clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A couple nights prior to my stay here, I had stayed at another Embassy Suites. So I'm probably comparing, which may not be fair to do. This location in OKC is near the airport and has likely been here for a while. The property has been renovated. I do think that the bathrooms (if our room is any indication) could be updated as well. When we parked our car, there was signage outside that said that we essentially were parking at our own risk. That was a bit concerning, but I guess in our litigious society it probably should be expected. With the exception of Chili's and Charleston's nearby, it looked like we'd need to drive several miles to dine where we weren't eating in a bar or in a fast food restaurant. Other than that, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are starting our renovation at the beginning of the year. We're very excited. We hope you'll come back and see all of the amazing changes. We do have a sign in the parking lot letting all of our valued guest know any parking lot is a park at your own risk. Although we do have security, we like to ensure our guest know to lock up when leaving your car.
