Ms. Huber,I wanted to take the time to thank you for your honest review. As well as, providing details to the specific issues with your room. So that moving forward the same issue does not arise. Since there is new management, I am striving to make the property better than when I found it. I do appreciate you bringing the dust on the threshold of the carpet to our attention & want to apologize for a gnat being in the bathroom. Both issues have since been resolved. I do hope the discounted rate rectified the situation.I also want to sincerely thank you for helping us become better.Hope to see you again in the future.

There was an issue with expedia not listing pet fee and front desk manager was wonderful. I had been driving and was exhausted and she handled it beautifully. I felt comfortable and safe after meeting her. Excellent staff!

One of our worst stays ever
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThis place is SKETCHY!!! People next to us had dogs and crapped in front of our door. People hollering. We had to buy bedding because everything looked so dirty.

I am sorry to here you did not like your stay.I wish you would have let us know that you were not happy with your room and we could have fixed whatever issue you were having.and yes you are correct we do allow pets at our property, apologies if you had a bad experience with another guests pet. I would have happily made things better for you if you would have informed me.Have a blessed day.
