Check in was a mess. Pool water was very hot. My son tripped on an area next to the pool where a chair lift used to be that had a rusty pipe sticking out. The man at the front desk was not the least bit concerned about the blood around the pool or my son. We have multiple random charges that were charged without explanation and have yet to be refunded. Air conditioning stopped working during the night. Overall this was a horrible experience and would not recommend staying here.

when we got there the room was nice and very comfortable the thing i didnt like there was so much chlorine in the pool mine and my daughters hair is ruined there is nothing i can do to make it get out its so bad and the swim suites been washed 3 times still smells like chlorine and the pool was super cloudy any way which i kinda thought there is to much chlorine but the kids were so excited to swim

We stayed the previous weekend and had an excellent experience. This time we left a drink out from the night before and had ants on our table the next morning. The staff was quick to not charge us for our room.

Stayed for a quick family trip. Location was great. Room was ok. Suprised there wasnt a coffee maker or paper cups in the room . Body soap was empty the whole stay and was never checked. Breakfast was good the first morning after that breakfast was hard to come by. Staff was friendly when we saw them but they were few and far between. Would we stay there again. Yes we would just for the location .

Will not be staying here again! First night the water shut off on me completely & I had to sleep with shampoo in my hair all night since water didn’t turn on til the next morning. My husband had a roach crawling on him & we also saw a bed bug in the restroom! Also couldn’t find anyone at the front desk even after ringing the bell 3 times!

Front desk lady was awesome but when i arrived my room was not ready or clean and i was late to my check in so it was no reason for the room not to be ready. Traveling with kids and expecting to get to the room you reserved at the time you are promised is very important to me and i hope the fleaning staff does better for future patrons. Also mold may be present under sinks bathrooms.

Great stay with one small problem.
Everything about the stay was great except one thing. They had a landscaping crew working which i don't mind because it has to get done. The only issue i had was that the crew started working at sun up and was extremely noisy. Other than that i have no complaints about my stay what so ever.
