Amazing stay

We’ve used this hotel at least every other month for the past 3 years, always good service and clean. Rooms are large as well as the bathrooms. BEWARE of the slippery shower floor! We always put a towel down. They are desperately in need of new king beds, we’ve noticed their decline over the past year. Aside from that it’s a great hotel close to Bricktown without the big price tag.

Firat of all whos corporate idea was this location, no dining or gasoline or anything options nearby that wouldn't result inna mugging, carjacking, or murder. Secondly breakfast was terrible, the cinnamon lrolls have been your staple for years are now generic , dry tasteless crap and the pancake machines didnt work and the breakfast help doesn't speak a lick of English.

While our location has been established for over a decade, we understand that changes over time may have impacted your experience. We are not a new facility. Unfortunately, relocating our property is not feasible, but we are committed to addressing the issues you mentioned to improve our services.In addition, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of nearby dining options. However, our location on the edge of the highway provides easy access to a variety of restaurants within a short drive.Again, thank you for choosing Holiday Inn Express.
