Old property. Needs ALOT of TLC. A whole bunch of sinks just lined up in the pool area? Garbage piled up in back, looks like chairs and couches and pallets. They need full time maintenance. Front desk friendly. Breakfast sufficient. The rest subpar. Please spend a buck to make a buck. Chairs and sofas were gross with stains. Our room 111 smelled like cat pee and was extremely moist. Husband had allergies like crazy going. Bathroom had major issues- door stuck, caulk job needs redone, no plug for tub, ceiling bubbled and paint peeling. Shower heads are too low and corroded. No remote in the room. The one given to us finally was missing the volumn button? Clock didn’t work.

Price to value ratio is low

Side door was not secure, seems to be in middle of refresh but rooms have seen better days (dated furniture, dent/ hole in wall, noisy AC, sketchy elevator). Staff was friendly but often front desk was not staffed. Breakfast offering was sad. Only carbs, no eggs, meat/sausage, coffee was low end of drinkable. Fire alarm chip in hallways. Our family prepaid stay, or we would have moved to another property after first night.
For one night, maybe, but long term no way. Competing properties on either side. For 100+ per night I expect more than this motel offered. The pictures online were expertly crafted in color, reality is in black and white.
