Worst Wyndham ever stayed in. We booked online and saw that there was a restaurant and lounge. Our plan was to check in and spend a restful Wyndham night. The hotel is under renovation, no restaurant nor lounge. We had to make other plans. Hallways need cleaning, our drapes would not close to so I used the desk chair to hold the curtains together, then the desk drawer would not stay in, no ice bucket, no closet, had to hold the handle down to flush the commode. Too late to relocate. The girl behind the desk the next morning said nothing to us when we turned in our keys. Will we rebook through Hotels.com or stay in a Wyndham? Maybe, but not soon. A terrible experience.

When traveling across the country it's nice to have a hotel chain you can count on. This hotel was being remodeled. This resulted in the lobby being a mess, the front doors not working properly and breakfast consisted of a prepackaged breakfast roll. The carpet in the room I was in was filthy and the curtains would not close properly. I am disabled and I travel with my service dog. I was concerned with her walking on the soiled and spotted carpet. There are many other hotels in Oklahoma City to choose from, and I wish I had chosen a different hotel.

Just disappointed in this hotel. I didn’t realize that they didn’t have a microwave or other amenities.
