Everything was clean, and for the price, it was pretty nice. My big critique would be the hotel running out of clean towels. We only had 2 in our room (2 guests, 2 towels, I get it) but my son went to the hot tub and used a towel then. In the morning, I sent him to the front desk to get more towels and they "were out of clean towels". That seems pretty basic to me.

Great quiet safe clean stay for good price!

Pros- Easy to find off Reno, across from Country Inn Suites,and a new hotel is being built right in front of it; very quiet, safe, clean, beds very comfortable Friendly check-in and $10 late check out at 12 noon. Has elevators, shared parking with other hotels. Cons-Door keys didn't work 2nd evening and had to go around to the front side. No issues with my account it was fully paid. Little inconvenience when it's really cold out. No ice machine on first floor not even the lobby breakfast area. Had to go to 3rd or 4th floor just to get ice. Didn't have any wash cloths in, although room was very clean. Shower gets warm not too hot.

Meh.

There was a window busted out in the hall and carpets were ripped, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had to use all of the towels to clean it up. The shower itself was great and the bed was very comfortable.

We got in late. Our check-in was great. We got up to the room and found urine and toilet paper in the toilet. Then there were two cockroaches crawling around the room. It was too late and too cold to ask for a new room or go to a new hotel, because my daughter had a med school visit early in the morning. I had requested and was granted a late check out at noon by the nighttime front desk clerk. In the morning, I was disturbed once by a friendly maid and told her I had a late check out at noon. Then the daytime front desk receptionist banged on my door at 11:40 and told me I was going to be charged extra if I didn't leave. I informed her I already had permission to check out at noon. She demanded to know who gave me approval and was very rude. In addition, the entire facility reeked of weed. All in all, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had - and I travel a lot.

Needs to update age policy check in requirement. They say 18 and up yet got there and checked in for the front lady to say it was 21 and up. She was rude and had no clue when explaining it. No manger was present either. Looked to be only her there. Took 5 minutes for someone to even greet me at the front desk.
