Great job. We have stayed here twice while seeing our daughter at OSU.

Room was crowded with 2 beds. Breakfast choices were less than expected. Convenient to restaurants. Entrance/hallway to elevator less than welcoming.

Last minute selection, not one of my usual choices. I am a Choice Privilege member but desk clerk didn’t know how to look that up without the number.
Configuration of lobby, dining, hallway to elevator was uninviting.
Room okay but crowded with two beds, would have been better configured with one bed and a side chair. Wall paper damaged near shower (rm 210).
Breakfast food options were limited, no eggs, few choices for cereal, no fruit.

Biggest negative was the quality of the breakfast, very average at best. My wife is diabetic a lot of the offerings were high in sugar or added sugars. The biscuits were hard, the sausage was soggy and to get bread to toast you had to reach into a container that everyone else had been reaching into.

Not a bad stay. Room smelled of smoke and the tub had a slow drain.

Walked in and was met by a friendly clerk. Quick check in, suggestions for good restaurants, sense of humor. Room was amazing; clean, spacious, easy access.
