We were put in a handicap room that had a broken heater had some warmth coming out but not heating room. It was like 19 degrees outsidwee put jackets over us and just waited to see if it warmed up, checking several times didn't warm so went down and told staff and they proceeded to check system and found us another hotel room that was suitable for us and our needs. We aren't in wheel chair but have we walking issues and I'm a fall risk. Staff was curtious and accommodating and it was practically a walk in shower and easy to get in bed. Slept Well and very Quiet.Will go back again and again!

It would have been an excellent experience if the bathroom did not have a big white patch of plaster where the toilet paper was supposed to go (made the bathroom look dirty atleast shouldve been painted to match the rest of the wall) and also was needed a functional exhaust fan. Only other thing was if the receptionist wouldve told me that breakfast opened up at 7am on weekends i had my whole family ready at 6am so that we can get back on the road right after we ate. so we left right away and ended up getting food elsewhere.

The property is very clean and well kept. I felt my property was safe. What was disappointing was the lack of water pressure in my room 324. There was barely a trickle of water from the sink.

Great hotel, lousy check in

We love this hotel. It is clean and comfortable- and the price cannot be beat. The downfall this trip? The night clerk could not stay off his phone while checking us in. We were treated like an after thought. This is very rude.
