The pool was non-functioning and the place had roaches.

Advertised an out door pool which wasn’t open. Room dirty. Had to ask for clean towels. No housekeeping for four days

Horrible stench room
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe refrigerator doesn’t work. My food is all spoiled. I told the staff & they denied it! The room was a smoking room in the past. The intensive stench permeated to my hair, clothing & bags. All the lamp shades are broken. The kitchen area with very poor lighting. I couldn’t leave because I work nearby. I paid for the entire week.

There were ants in the ketchen, roaches in the whole place, dingie paint with a dirty bathroom door. I feel we should get a refund. The pool was not working which was one reason we wanted to stay, our grandson want to swim, and we are on special diets, so i wanted to cook our meals. No handicap bars in the bathroom, which would have been nice for my husband. We were visiting our granddaughter and seeing were she lived.wont stay there again.
