Our accommodations requested were not met (a non-smoking room); we were told if the smells were too strong, they would provide air freshening spray for the curtains and bed linens. When we opened the door to our room, the odor was unbearable. We only stayed in the room for five minutes, and that was to open our phone and make reservations in another hotel. Both my husband and I walked away with a headache for the rest of the day due to the odor. Our clothes and bags smelled from the five minutes we stayed in the room with the door open. Also, the toilet was running the entire five minutes we were in the room; the bath tub had what appeared to be cigarette burn marks all along the edge. When I checked out of the room, albeit ten minutes after checking in to the room, the staff at the front desk offered us a non-smoking double, which again was not our requested accommodation. It was deplorable. I am requesting a refund immediately from Hotels.com. Please remove this location from your site. I have stayed in hotels across the country and internationally, and I cannot imagine anyone wishing to stay at this location.

Great staff easy to reach and near places to eat. The beds are better then any of the motels in the area .
