It was ok it has quiet time at 10 so I can't access any door other then the front

Did not appear as advertised, from check in the service was strained, breakfast is not great and property under renovations and dirty all together.

Worst experience.
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel, vacation with my family and we had to switch rooms due to cigarette smoke and the floor being sticky, wet and very unclean. The hotel pool had cockroaches in it, I wouldn’t let my dog swim in that pool. The toilet paper was used and not a new roll, the toilet had leftover poop in it from previous use and the sheets had holes in it. We left a day early just because of how awful the environment was. Hotel staff weren’t even present, took us 1.5 hours to check in for someone to come back from break to check us in. I wish I could get my money and my experiences back this was an all around awful time. I wouldn’t want anyone to stay in this hotel.

Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI was dismayed to find the sleeper sofa mattress damaged with wires exposed, the room unclean, and the smoke alarm malfunctioning. Furthermore, the TV was stuck on one channel, and all the lamps lacked light bulbs. Despite requesting assistance, the staff ignored me and failed to provide adequate towels for the four occupants in the room.
