Not clean at all. Stains on furniture. Stains in shower. Fabric on lamp was ripped. TV broken. Not a comfortable stay

Pool was dirty, tv didn’t initially work, but service was good and staff was quick to help.

A nightmare stay
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsOur stay started bad since we walked in. As soon as we walked in it was very hot and humid. I am unsure if there was any A/C on in the common areas. The room we got assigned to would not open, we got moved to another room and i was not impressed. since it was so hot we turned the A/C only to find out that the A/C rattled like a generator. We were so tired that we just didn't want to switch rooms again so we just turned off the A/C. Never staying here again.

Family stay in olathe.
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsBeds were comfortable room had lot of room. Pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub could use another step to get in and out because it’s a pretty big drop. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Only issue we had was trying to get extra towels and they didn’t have any available but we made it work.

Bath tub bottom was kinda slick

The area was fine but the beds and pillows and linens were not great. Also very noisy even after midnigjt.
