Dear Sir, all the problems you had since day one, were unreasonable because you complained about inadequate meals time. Please be informed that our restaurant opens for dinner time, every day, from 19.30 to 22.30, like 90% of the hotels all over the world. The reason why you did not accept our service time and reported inadequate, is because you told us your children go to bed very early. As you can understand, we cannot change the opening time for this reason, as in return we would have many complains by other guests about the early dinner service. You complained to us regarding the car rental. Please be informed that it is not a service we offer directly, we have a partner who we collaborate with but we have nothing to do with it. We told you for any problem to contact the agency but you kept complaining with us; because of that we found out that you pretended to have immediately back the amount that was held as deposit on your cc at the renting car time. The lady from the agency, told you that this amount has been released when you returned the car, but it can take some days to see the money back in your bank account, you did not accept this info and claimed the instant return of this amount. Please be informed that no matter is not our job and again, we have nothing to do with it, this is a universal procedure and the time that passes between the moment the amount is released and the time this amount is credited back, depends on the banks, in this case between the rent a car agency’s bank and your bank. Anyway, we would like to know why complaining to us for a service we do not offer and we do not manage ? you complained about the bathroom; you reported that the toilet flush was not working properly, when our maintenance chief went to your room to check, he found out that you disassembled the toilet flush plaque on your own and broke a piece of the internal frame of the toilet flush, we had to dismantle everything and change the piece you broke in order to fix it, after that you complained about the fact that once you used the shower, the shower head dripped for several minutes, let me add “as everywhere in the world”; Anyway in order to stop you to complain, our maintenance chief, changed the whole piece with a brand new one.Last but not least, you left the room in a very poor condition, we threw 3 mattresses away as they were all soaked with urine. They could not be used again as they were stained and very very smelly, we found out you also broke some beds slats in the rolling beds. These beds can't be used anymore and we have to buy 2 new ones. You also pretended to have the cleaning service and linen changed several times per day, because you said you and your family stayed a lot in the room. In our property, we guarantee one cleaning service, once per day, but what you were asking was to have this service, 3 or 4 times per day free of charge. We thought that all the readers should know the truth behind your review. Thank you

Bon rapport qualité/prix

J'ai pris la suite présidentielle pour plus de plaisir avec le jacuzzi dans le salon. Hôtel correcte mais éloigné de tout. Mesquinerie de l'employé pour m'avoir fait payer les bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur alors qu'aucun prix n'était indiqué et au vu du prix de la suite. Très bon buffet au petit-déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins.....

Hôtel très bien pour l Italie où l hébergement est svt cher pour des hôtels désuets. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Dommage, de la moquette dans les chambres, d autant que l aspirateur n est pas passé tous les jours, mais les serviettes changées tous les jours, pas écolo. Situé dans une zone au milieu de nul part mais si l on veut une piscine pas le choix pour un prix abordable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Dear Silvana, thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback. Our Rooms are Hilton Clean Stay certified, the chambermaids vacuum the carpets every day and they change the towels if they find them on the floor, left by the guests. We would like to highlight that we are not in the middle of nowhere, but only 1.5 km from the city centre, 500 mt from the green city park "Fausto Noce" and 500 mt from the shopping street "Viale Aldo Moro". Séjour Parfait

Très bon accueil de tout les membres du personnel. Nous avios réservé une Suite (50m2 environ) conseillé par "Sandro" qui parle très bien le français . La Suite était impeccable avec vu sur la mer et la piscine de l'hôtel . je recommande fortement. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits et j'ai déjà hate d y retourner. le petit déjeuner (buffet) très copieux. mon seul petit regret que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte à cet époque là.

Séjour fantastique, grand parking , hotel très propre , personnel accueillant petit bémol pas de débit de wifi dans la chambre.

Bien malgré bruit d'évacuation

Sympa , dommage que la 'piscine soit fermée pour les vacances de la toussaint, on aurait compris qu'elle ferme le même jour que l'hôtel, soit 5 jours après .. Bruits de tuyau d'évacuation dans les salles de bains jusqu'à ma chambre

During this period the weather is too cold to keep the swimming pool open.
