FRIDAY check ins for 2024!!! 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with soaking tub. Luxury unit sleeps up to 7.Both bedrooms have King size beds. Sleeper sofa in living room. Bedding provided. (You may bring an air mattress with your own bedding)
Washer/ Dryer in unit with towels and linens provided. Beach chairs and beach towels also provided. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Oversized balcony off of the master bedroom and living room. In-unit amenities include 55” Flat screen cable TV, and wireless Internet. Other amenities include indoor pool with lounge furniture and fitness center. Grand Victorian is directly on the beach, adjacent to Palace Playland. Many restaurants in walking distance. Thursday night fireworks during the summer months.
New Living room furniture, all beds & bedding for a comfortable nights stay.

Available for 3 night rentals in off season.

Lovely Beach Condo
We had an amazing stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as it was listed. The convince of the beach being steps away was amazing. Beach was also very clean. Property manager was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay at this property again and I would highly recommend it to others.

The place is a great location, just wish we were in a room closer to the ocean and off the street, it was extremely noisy at sleeping time. Nicely decorated and all the miscellaneous things were there. Would love to know about other places offered at the Grand Victorian…

Old orchard beach vacation
We had a great time! The condo was beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The beds were so firm and we all slept like babies😍. Centrally located , near to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!
We couldn't have been closer to the beach and Palace Playland! Jenny's place was comfortable and well equipped for a family with little ones and grandparents. Jenny was also super responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. Will be back in the future!

This unit was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Loved that beach towels and chairs was provided. The only con was that the train is right across the street and runs through out the night blaring its horn. So bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper!

Amazingly Clean
We arrived and Bill (Hope that's the right name) checked us in and what a friendly guy helped us with everything we needed. The place was amazing and was much better then we thought. Everything in the room to help with our stay even Booggie boards,which my 7 year old grandson loved. We had no problems with anything and were beyond satisfied !!!!

Amazing birthday get away
I reserved this spot as a getaway for my wife and 3 children. I go to old orchard every year but this property was by far the best we have ever been to. I also did this for my wife's birthday and she was thrilled. We will only rent here for now on!

Absolutely beautiful
The place was immaculate absolutely beautiful and has everything you need there. The deck was amazing with the ocean views. You can see the sunrise in the morning and hear the waves crashing from the deck at night. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be renting again!

My husband and I took our 5 year old twins here for a little reprieve from the city and it was absolutely perfect for us. The surf was so chill, our girls were in heaven. Super easy to locate and immaculately clean. We had a blast.
