The location is perfect to the main strip and the beach, but far enough away to not be disrupted by the OOB night life! Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in OOB!

Perfect size and great location
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a group of adults and teens. The teens had a great time having their own room and being able to walk to the pier and main streets of OOB. Everything was close by.
Its a cottage so its not huge but there was plenty of room for us to sleep, relax in the living room, and eat at the table. The owner was very helpful. She checked in to see if we needed anything when we got there and gave us detailed info about the property and OOB. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice neighborhood Short walk to Beach
Publié le 8 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was clean and fairly attractive inside. The garden area did not feel private and looked somewhat run down. The beach was perfectly lovely and the location was good for visiting nearby towns. Although the property and requirements for stay were described accurately, we found the rules, listings for guests and cars, checklists for beach equipment etc. quite rigorous,. As a guest you are responsible for your own sheets and towels and all the cleaning before the next guests come. For a long weekend and with two small children to mind this was burdensome. I’m sure the owners were pushed into this position by groups of kids coming to stay and enjoy the midway and party atmosphere in the town. There are some run down properties in the area but the immediate neighbors were fine.

OOB

The host was excellent and accommodating considering I booked the night before. We wanted to find a rental close to a friend who was also staying in the area. She was the only host out of several to respond back in a timely manner. The house was very cute and worked for us. Location was great.
