Wil je een goedkoper hotel maar toch uitzicht op het water en vlakbij het Comomeer zitten dan is dit hotel perfect en vlakbij het hotel zitten goede restaurants die ook niet super duur zijn

Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsNachdem wir nach 2 Tagen die Handtücher auf den biden gelegt haben um wie pberall anders neue zu bekommen, hat die Putzfrau diese nur wieder aufgehangen (dreckig vom dreckigen Blden der eh nur halbherzig gereinigt wird).
Des weiteren ist es sehr laut im Hotel

Siamo molto dispiaciuti di apprendere che che il Suo soggiorno non sia stato di Suo gradimento.Siamo particolarmente sorpresi perchè sono stati messi a disposizione il servizio di check-in anticipato alle ore12.00 e quattro breakfast box in (che contenevano anche un piccolo regalo pasquale) in maniera del tutto gratuita.Abbiamo avuto occasione di incontarLa più volte durante il soggiorno e non ci sono state mai riportate lamentele.Consigliamo sempre a tutti gli ospiti di esplicitare eventuali problematiche durante il soggiorno per poterci consentire di rendere migliore la loro permanenza, prodigandoci per trovare soluzioni ed eventualmente qualora l'alloggio prenotato non fosse di gradimento anche provvedere ad un cambio camera.Purtroppo uni sfogo senza riferimenti non aiuta noi a migliorare, gli altri ospiti a scegliere e non ha aiutato lei stessa a trascorrere un soggiorno migliore facendosi assistere.Cordialmente,

If you check the 5 star reviews here some have unrelated pictures or are made by people who only give 5 star reviews. These are made by paid review farms to artificially boost the star rating. Sadly, I was duped and booked this place for my family through Expedia for a non-refundable rate. Firstly, it's not located where Google maps has it. It's located behind the Fiorista Adda (towards the lake). The receptionist was nice enough to contact us on Whatsapp and stay in touch with us until we arrived. The room was pretty big with high ceilings but had very odd decor. The lights were dingy and dark. The shower had no curtain and was open to the entire large bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder, just a small black stool as a makeshift holder. The flush buttons were broken and I figured out it was the small metal button at the bottom near the bidet. There was a weird textured styrofoam tile in various places and mismatched wall designs. The biggest problem was, after my wife showered, the hot water ran out while my son was showering and he had to finish in freezing cold water. The electric hot water heater and tank was in the bathroom and made a very loud rumbling that was extremely irritating that can be heard on the queen bed outside. We waited for a while and there was no hot water. Nobody could help because it was past 8:30pm. Also the wifi was very spotty. My sons didn't sleep well on the sofa beds because the mattresses were too thin. Overall, disappointing! Don't book!
